Called Advance Chemical and Janitorial Supply on Thursday afternoon, my part was shipped out on Friday with tracking! Mr Peter was super helpful, even offering to ship me a floor model part so I would get it sooner! Top notch customer service. I will definitely use them in the future when I need anything for my Mytee carpet machine!

You'll find one of the best examples of customer service and industry knowledge. The first time I walked into the store all I had was a confused look. The owner say an hour after the regular business hours answering questions, explaining things, gave me pointers. When we finally wrapped up I said, "well let me buy something I feel like I owe you something." And was responded with something along the lines of you come back when you're ready to buy what you need and you know what you need. And not to get all mushy or anything but that's something that's going to stick with me for the rest of my life. He is right I do know where they are and I will shop there when it's time for me to buy larger equipment or really anything. Amazon's not going to sit there and explain to you how the machine works and help you choose which machine or device would be best suited for your business goals/needs. Good quality products and, in my opinion, even better service.

Super great. Was recommended by another company. We have tile floors that had baked wax into it. I called and asked what we can do. The sales lady __. She helped us real good. She got us 5 gallons of the juggernaut chemical stripper. She did free testing, she came out, and showed us how it worked. It lifted the old wax off with no problem. We bought 5 gallons, 4 buffer pads, and rented there wet vac. Over all cost $250. Best price we ever paid for somthing that works so well. Would definitely recommend them for any business. Great service to. As a church we are super happy we used them. Thanks so much from the FUMC of New Iberia staff.
